Implement a complete change of brand identity, reputation management and corporate culture to open new business segments.
Drive corporate communications on a group level worldwide with all 47 countries, defending a one-brand strategy.
Showcase the Group’s transformation and innovation projects: AI, ML, IoT, VR/AR, robotics, blockchain with Innovation teams.
Bring the Group’s CSR communications to the next level progressively crystalizing a CSR vision and strategy with CSR Director.
Stakes:
Accompany new VP of Communications within a transitional phase renewing entirely the team, process, working methods.
Define and deploy an entirely new brand in 47 countries within only six months on 420 sites, 1000 trucks, workwear for 15000.
Turn around all contents to move from an automotive provider to an industry provider being legitimate in 12 business sectors.
